As much as I'm tempted to connect with the the super-intellectuals, I'm drawn towards the caged. It's easy to get wrapped up in first-world problems, but you simply can't, if you want even a whiff of life.

Growing stronger with every fall,
Standing up, standing tall,
Collecting bits of me that have fallen off,
Gearing up for a bigger wall...
Gearing up for a bigger fall,
For fall I must, and fall I will,
Nonetheless, better than standing still...
Rise I must, and rise I will,
Plant that flag atop the hill.

Finding mirrors in old friends,
Planting my roots where the day ends,
Trying hard to make ammends,
Trying to see where this road ends,
And where the next one begins,
Repenting for my sins... regretting some decisions,
Making peace with past mistakes,
But broken I am not, and broken I won't be,
For he who learns always wins,
That it is but a game of choices,
Life, as we know it...
That he who cries also sings...
I now make time to count my blessings,
For it's not what we have lost, but what we still have that matters,
And he who understands this can regain all that is lost that matters.

Growing stronger with every fall,

Rediscovering a forgotten personality,
Coming back to life, and rediscovering me,
Gathering the bits that had fallen off, parts of my personality that made me ME!
